We bring you our 3rd Steampunk creation! The ZE Mechanical Spur Geared Steampunk Triple Rocker Light Switch Assembly!

Upgrade your same old boring light switch to something that’ll have your friends and family asking how you obtained such an interesting and unique light switch! Heck at first, they might not even recognize that its actually a light switch.

Unlike other simple designs, this assembly is made up of 25 gears that work together to turn your lights ON and OFF. This is a functional light switch assembly. Designed to turn ON and OFF your Leviton Rocker triple gang light switch(s) by substituting the Leviton cover plate.

Installation:
Simply remove your existing cover and place your new light switch assembly in its place (assuming Leviton electrical switch(s) have been installed correctly*). With the included screws, fasten the top screw(s) and then the bottom screw(s). Tighten or loosen the screws to adjust lever torque to turn ON and OFF your lights. You’ll receive your order fully assembled with a pair of black, gold, white, or bronze screws to best match your color selection and to make your life easier.

Not responsible for product not functioning correctly if the existing Leviton electrical light switch(s) have not been installed correctly to meet the below conditions*. See EXTREME CAUTION and WARNING sections below.

• Large Assembly: 7.5” Length X 5.5” Height X 5.5” Width

• 2 Large Half Cam Gears and 2 Large Full Center Cam Gear

• 12 Medium Spur Gears

• 6 Center Spur Gears

• 3 Toggle Gears

• 3 Switch’s & Handles (Levers)

• 1 Jumbo Sized Triple Gang Rocker Cover Plate

• Your choice of component colors

• 6 Fastening Switch Plate Screws (Black, Bronze, White or Gold to best match your color configuration)

How to Order?

Once you click on the ADD TO CART button you will be prompted to select your color customization. Your color selection is divided into 2 sections:

1. Cover & Switch Components:

• 1 Jumbo Triple Gang Rocker Cover Plate

• 6 Center Spur Gears

• 3 Toggle Gears

• 3 Switches/Levers

• Shafts

2. Spur Gears & Handles:

• 2 Large Half Cam Gears & 2 Large Full Center Cam Gears

• 12 Medium Spur Gears

• 3 2-Piece Handles

From the drop down, you can select your choice of colors for the above components. To make it easier for you, we’ve made Black as the default for the Cover & Switch Components and made Bronze as the default for the Spur Gears & Handles. If you’d like a different color combination or more colors in 1 assembly, simply send us a message. Include the name of the components and the colors you’d like for each and we’ll make it happen. No additional fees, however we may experience a slight delay.

EXTREME CAUTION!*
Existing Leviton electrical switch(s) MUST be in good to new condition without paint, dirt or any debris of any kind that interferes with the snapping (ON and OFF) action of the electrical switch(s) itself. If the existing switch(s) DOES NOT snap into the ON or OFF position or has the ability to stay positioned in-between the ON and OFF position, replace defective Leviton electrical switch(s) may result in a potential fire hazard.
DO NOT PURCHASE this product until defective Leviton electrical switch(s) have been replaced.

WARNING*:
Existing Leviton electrical light switch(s) MUST be installed correctly; without excessive drywall mud resulting in an uneven surface to wall, or without gaping between the plate cover and wall, or electrical junction box excessively recessed into the wall where Leviton switch(s) are NOT flush to the plate cover. This may result in product not functioning or levers not staying in the ON or OFF position.
This product was designed with the following conditions; the Leviton electrical switch(s) are flush to the cover plate without deforming the cover plate due to excessive torque by the cover plate screws, and the cover plate is evenly flush to the existing wall.
If the existing Leviton electrical light switch(s) was not installed correctly to meet the above conditions, this product may not work properly.
Not responsible for product not functioning correctly if the existing Leviton electrical light switch(s) have not been installed correctly to meet the above conditions.

Caution:
PLA products may soften and or deform if exposed to temperatures above 120 °F (50 °C) or exposed to direct sunlight. See Outdoors listing if installing in locations exposed to higher temperatures or in direct sunlight.

Be Advised:
When all levers are placed on the ON or OFF position simultaneously, levers may vary (+or- 1/8” or 3 mm) to the each lever.

Quality Note:
For best quality, standard non-silk PLA is highly recommended for all Cover and Switch Components. Each 3D printed part may contain imperfections such as small or minor; gaps between layers, vibrations and ringing, scars on top surface, gaps in thin walls, dimensional inaccuracies or discoloration. This design is assembled using fast drying adhesive. You may see small run offs of adhesive where components have adhered together.
